Schedule an Examination

Once you have registered with DRS for the term, distributed your notification of disability memo to your instructor, and discussed taking your examination at DRS with your instructor, you may complete and submit this form to schedule an examination.

Scheduling an Exam During Fall, Spring, and Summer Terms

On-line requests must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the exam date.

DRS is open for testing between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Exam Information

You must request exam accommodations at least three business days prior to the exam date. If you wish to arrange accommodations for an exam less than three business days in advance, please visit the DRS offices at 140 WPU. Exams must be taken during regular business hours. If you wish to schedule an exam for a class outside of business hours, such as a night class, please visit the DRS offices at 140 WPU.
